Is Las Vegas tap water okay for Salt water fish if conditioned?

I have a 55 gallon Saltwater tank, with some crabs, snails, a volitan lion, a scooter blenny, and a blue devil damsel (I plan on adding more). I have only used RO water up until now, but i’m thinking about using tap water, as it is cheaper. I would like an answer from people that use Las Vegas Tap water themselves for their own Saltwater tank. Thanks for your resonses.

Waving hands coral - what do they eat ?
I see some multilegged "worms" coming out of my live rock - is this normal or something I need to get rid of somehow ?

I have a 20 gallon tank with pink tipped anemone, curly q anemone and waving hands coral - plus some snails, and a clown fish, and a small little yellow fish I can’t remember the name of. I bought a scooter blenny and found it dead …
