I took a horseshoe crab shell home from the beach to use as a decoration in my house, but it still stinks even though i scrubbed, bleached, and boiled it! What is a good way to clean and sterilize it?

My dad caught me a horseshoe crab… and I am wondering if I throw it back into the water, will it bring my luck back?

At the British Museum I saw several sculptures of bulls in some sort of conflict with a person. In each of these I also noted the fact that at the bottom of the sculpture a horseshoe crab was pinching the bulls testicles. These sculptures are always of a bull in some sort of conflict. I saw probably 3 examples of this and I cannot figure out why. It seems pretty childish but these are old sculptures and probably simbolizes something. No one at the museum that I asked could explain …

In the 1970’s, horseshoe crab blood was worth $15,000 per quart for use in the biomedical industry. That was then. This is now. I am figuring it is worth more per quart now what with inflation and everything?
