What is that software on Apple computers that makes neat pictures like under the sea or in the sky?

It is on the new Macs and I guess you use it when using photo booth. They have neat backgrounds like the sky and under the sea….and the person can kind of look distorted in the picture if you move around a lot. Can I get that for my Mac and where can I get it and what is it called?
