Scooter blenny/mandarin goby?

If I had a 55 gallon with lots of mature live rock and live sand could they live together?
Also what is a better way to grow pods quicker?
(If you know some other cool fish you can say those too)

    scooter blennys are fine in a mixed tank so they should be fine together.
