Will a 65W PC be enough to house a few corals & an anemone?Or will a 2×24W GLO T5 HO be better?(30G)?

I have a 30G Saltwater tank and want to add some coral, I already have a striped mushroom & a cabbage coral. I wanna add;Folded Brain, Bubble Brain, An anemone that host clown fish,Ultra Green Star Polyps, and A kenya or colt tree. I not sure if the light I’m buying is good enough 4 them.Coralife Double PC 72W or GLO Double T5 HO 2X24W?

i dont think these will work. but im not sure about the T5.
but compacy flourescants should put off at least 4 watts per gallon for just soft corals is what my fish store told me.
i have 40 watts alone in my ten gallon saltwater tank.
i dont have any corals. i just went ahead and bought the good PC bulbs.

You need about 4 watts per gallon from the PC for soft coral and the most of the easier hard coral. A little under won’t hurt by you need at least a good solid 3+ watts per gallon. (I have 4 96 watt over my 120). The HO generally require even more wattage than the PC (PC is puts out more light per watt than other fluorescents) I would recommend just adding a 2nd 65 watt PC and you should be good to go, and it will let you add a few of the less light hungry hard coral as well if you choose to do so later.

i’d go with the corallife but ur problem is soft corals need 3-4watts per gallon (at least 90watts) and hard corlas like the brains you want need 8-10watts per gallon (at least 240watts). so becareful some stores wont tell you that.
