What can I put in my 24 Gallon Nano Cube?

hey im getting a 24 gallon nano cube and i was wondering how many kg’s or lbs of live rock i can put in there?
also…would 2 percula clown fish, a firefish, a goby, peppermint shrimp, 5 turbo snails, and a couple of hermit crabs be okay for this tank or is it over stocking it a bit ?
