MY IMAGINARY PLACE

What’s so great about "imaginary places?" They help us relax. How to do it? Just sit or lay down in a quiet room by yourself or with some friends. Close your eyes then before you know it, you’re relaxing! You first have to know what it looks like. Make your own view up! If you have friends over, first you have to use descriptive words for them to picture the imaginary place. When you are done, join the fun!
 Here’s what my imaginary place is: The view is always making you breathless! I call my imaginary place Summer Island! You will never be bored! If you are looking for an exciting adventure, adventure will find you swiftly as the breeze here! With bright colored flowers and oceans blue as the sparkling sky, the sun is always there to cheer you up! The ocean waves would seem to wave at you on a warm evening. You could feel the cool mist. When the sun sets, you will stare at it in a trancelike way! Everyday will be a perfect day to wade in the cool, turquoise ocean! At the luxurious beach, which is called Sunset Beach, you could build sandcastles, find pink and orange shells or just do anything you want to enjoy the tropical sea. Summer Island does have 4 seasons, but when Winter and Fall arrives, the island still blooms brightly and dazzling!
When night is here, more fun comes! The ocean reflects the stars and moon. The night sky still has some red, orange and yellow from the amazing sunset you just gazed at. The stars would wink at you brightly again and again. Then when it’s time for you to leave, you will refuse, but you will always have next time. Come back for another exhilarating and breathtaking time here!

My favorite place is not in Hawaii, not California or just at Disney World. My favorite place is out of this world! And guess what? It actually is! It’s in my mind! It’s an imaginary place! I am going to let you see my imaginary place. All you need is descriptive words and you start picturing!
